Yes, They are on top of there game because they are staying more updated then Dawn of the New Era or the Kaiba corporation version of YGOPro. They are doing an amazing job they took out new updates. Not only that they are udating servers. That is what I like to hear/read. Downside is that the server will be down but at the end It will work out. At the other hand when i go to Kaiba corporation website no new update since last time.
Part 2 of there updates DevPro site stated: "Fourty-nine new cards have been added to YGOPro DevPro, including the second batch of Tachyon Galaxy with title card Number 107 Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon, new Spellbook/Prophecy, Mermail-Atlantian, Noble Knight, Utopia, Harpie, and many other new cards. Auto-Update today, or install YGOPro DevPro today to play with full automation and tech support. Our servers are now split allowing you to pick the server closes to you to duel with a low ping rate, or our exclusive ‘Debug’ server during feature test. If you enjoy the update let us know and spread the word, it helps us out and brings new and varied duelist to the servers."

Why does Yu Gi Oh/Konami Ban Cards!
Here is the main reason they ban cards is for making money. Because if people keep on using old cards from the original yu gi oh. Then who will buy the new cards (as of 2013 XYZ cards are out). They banned certain fusions, cards, and synchro cards. Why they ban certain cards? They Ban certain cards because in order for banning cards that run a deck or the card the deck is based off of. Not only that they ban cards because of over powering a deck. Not only that people think its bad but it limits a overpowered deck and breaks the combo. But here comes the problem decks in real life of making a new deck because of the ban list and comes to the point when people can't afford it. That is when people start quitting and using online dueling websites.

Dueling Network Pros and Cons
Pros
1. No Need to Download - Probably the biggest PRO for Dueling Network. If you want to play DN, all you have to do is look up the website, log in, and BAM, you're in Dueling Network. No need for any downloading sites, no need to wait 1-3 hour to complete the download, and most of all, no worry about losing your download for whatever reason.
2. Deck Constructor Simplicity - Their Deck Constructor is very easy to use once you've learned how it works. Their search engine has a lot of variety and it makes it more simple to search for a specific card you're trying to find.
3. HUGE Player Base - DN has a LOT of players to duel on there. So you don't have to duel the same person over and over again. Plus, they also have a Search Finder on there to find anyone you know that's online.
4. Automatic Updates - DN updates every now and then with new cards from TCG & OCG, DN Features, new Duel Functions, their server, and other stuff, but all they require is for a very short downtime to process all the new stuff for the website.
1. No Official Instruction Guide - One of the biggest CONS of DN. New people come to DN everyday, but they have no clue how to make a deck, host a duel, and how to use the duel functions. They really need a Visual Instruction Guide for new players to see so they get how to use DN properly.
Cons
1. Random Disconnection - Since DN is a website that runs on the Internet, there's a huge risk that the Internet you are using could Malfunction for some reason and disconnect you while you are in a duel or making a deck.
2. The Lack of Logical Players - Unfortunately, DN is NOT automatic, meaning you have to play your cards and effects MANUALLY and DN is VERY EASY to access. This unfortunately leads to players who have no clue how to play the game host and join duels which leads to constant calls to admins and an never-ending conflict of trolling and ragequitting all because the player did not know about a card ruling or a specific gameplay mechanic.
